Comparing family from 1960 to Modern day

I have attached what has been completed. I’m looking for this person to add to what I already have. This paper needs to be 7-9 pages but I only need help with 3 of them.    The overall paper is comparing the 1960s family to a modern-day family. Switch off from explaining the two thought the paper.   This is what I want the writer to narrow down the three pages by writing about,  the cost of family-1960 and then now (talk about Cost of raising a child, education, and health care.  After that paragraph write about the raising of single mothers and stay-at-home dads.   For the last paragraph I want the writer to drive into how the divorce rates have gone up since 1960. With that talk about 1969, Ronald Reagan’s law passed in California which changed everything for divorce.  last thing if the writer can make the paper flow and fix up what I have already written that would be amazing.
