Therefore, my response as an ethical leader would have been similar to those of respondents provided they are sensible for the given situation. Ethics is vital in leadership because it helps leaders develop an action plan to determine how they interact with employees and make critical decisions. It means that situational leaders must adjust their styles to fit the development level of their followers.
