My exercise routine is running for two miles every day. Before the exercise, I usually feel anxious and stressed because I do not know how the process will go. While running such an exercise often leaves me physically drained, I usually feel much better mentally. Moreover, I have noted that I sleep better the days I exercise than those I do not practice. While many people incorporate various exercises, I prefer running because it is way more indulging.
