Stress refers to the feeling of being overwhelmed or inability to cope with mental pressures. The three types of stress include acute, episodic acute, and chronic. Experts believe that society now deals with numerous stressors due to changes in technology, relationship dynamics, and economic hardship. The ABCDE model explains how stressors contribute to stress and how people can use emotional intelligence to deal with these elements. People need to move out of their comfort zone into the growth one because, at that point, they can attain exceptional success.
